Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate customer invoices using SAP/Oracle systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account adjustments within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare monthly financial reports

Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
