Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Analyze billing data for process improvements and cost optimization
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar billing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes diplomatically
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- CPA or billing certification a plus
