Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in Epic EMR and claims management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proven track record in reducing claim denial rates
