- Manage A/R aging reports and collection strategies
- Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues
- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports for stakeholders
- Train staff on billing system updates
- Audit patient statements for consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in Epic and Medisoft systems
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP proficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin or Finance
