- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with providers to verify coding and documentation
- Manage denial appeals and re-billing processes
- Train staff on updated billing protocols and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
