Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues with clients
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to process payments and reconcile accounts
- Prepare monthly billing reports and analyze trends for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Support audits by providing documentation and financial records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or AP/CPA preferred
