Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues through proactive customer communication
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and process optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance billing regulations (HIPAA, SOX, etc.)
- Prepare monthly billing reports and variance analysis for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare/finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial data
- Excellent communication abilities for internal/external stakeholder interactions
- Associates degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent work experience
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) or similar credential preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines in high-volume, fast-paced environment
