Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate billing records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Process refunds, credits, and adjustments with precision
- Generate monthly billing reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar billing software
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience resolving complex billing disputes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (GAAP)
