Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to resolve payment disputes
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing highly desirable
