- Resolve complex insurance claim denials with 95%+ accuracy
- Analyze AR reports to identify process bottlenecks
- Collaborate with medical coding teams for charge compliance
- Implement HIPAA-compliant billing protocols
- Train staff on billing system updates (Epic/Cerner)
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential
- Advanced proficiency in Medisoft/Epic systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes
- Proven denial management track record
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
