Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate customer invoices using SAP and Salesforce
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage credit card processing and electronic payment systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal financial controls
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in energy or B2B industries
