Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment channels
- Manage accounts receivable ledger with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client disputes within SLA
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly revenue reports and KPI dashboards
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/AR experience in SaaS or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Billing & Revenue Management (CBRM) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
