- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and financial standards
- Maintain precise documentation in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead month-end closing procedures and revenue reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Advanced proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Medisoft)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
