Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for 500+ corporate clients using SAP and Salesforce
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive audit reviews and stakeholder collaboration
- Optimize A/R processes to achieve <30 DSO target with 99.5% invoice accuracy
- Develop monthly billing reports for executive leadership highlighting KPI trends
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system updates
- Coordinate with sales department on contract terms and revenue recognition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of complex billing experience in SaaS or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SAP Billing Module and Salesforce CPQ
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Proven success reducing billing disputes by 40%+
- Nebraska business tax license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
