Responsibilities
- Process and invoice client accounts with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly using Oracle NetSuite
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
