- Analyze account receivables to identify and resolve billing discrepancies
- Implement ICD-10/CPT coding updates for compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Generate monthly revenue reports and variance analyses for executive review
- Collaborate with clinical teams to document charge capture procedures
- Conduct audits to ensure 99.5% claims accuracy rate
- Train staff on new billing software and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or AAPC credentials required
