- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for all clients.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies with high precision.
- Process payments and manage customer inquiries regarding billing status and account details.
- Maintain and organize accurate billing records and financial documentation.
- Generate and analyze monthly billing reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections teams to improve revenue collection processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
