Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge
- Proficiency in billing software (Epic, NextGen, or similar EMR)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Healthcare Administration required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table creation
