Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliation issues
- Process invoices, credit memos, and payment adjustments
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve pricing and contract disputes
- Generate monthly billing reports and KPI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance billing regulations
- Train junior staff on billing system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/finance billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or comparable billing systems
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environment
