Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and credit memos with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger statements weekly
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract billing terms
- Generate monthly aging reports and collection forecasts
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Comply with SOX and PCI-DSS financial regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical/healthcare billing or similar high-complexity field
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ modules
- CPA or AAP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven experience resolving complex A/R disputes
- Knowledge of HIPAA and billing compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
