Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, submission, and payment tracking
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables
- Process month-end closing activities and reconcile accounts
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and internal controls
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) for billing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certification (e.g., CPC, CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Knowledge of healthcare or SaaS billing models a plus
