Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles including invoice generation, review, and distribution
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client payment issues
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and aging reports weekly
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Train team members on billing system updates and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialized billing/accounts receivable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce CPQ
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven ability to resolve high-volume billing disputes
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for client correspondence
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
