Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly invoices across multiple client accounts
- Manage accounts receivable collections and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate contract billing
- Generate monthly financial reports and billing analytics
- Implement and optimize billing processes using ERP systems
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or enterprise billing
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., Epic, Meditech, SAP)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
