Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for enterprise clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process complex invoices
- Reconcile accounts receivable with ERP systems
- Analyze revenue reports and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Maintain accurate client billing databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in B2B tech or SaaS industries
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
