- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile the teller drawer with precision.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the branch manager.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
