Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a high level of customer service to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with bank security policies and procedures.
- Utilize bank software to update customer records and process transactions securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven track record of accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking software and Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
