Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Open new accounts and assist existing customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Monitor cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Adhere to all bank security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
