Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial solutions through product cross-selling and referrals
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Open new accounts and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Contribute to branch goals by identifying sales opportunities
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
