Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict audit procedures
- Safeguard customer data and confidential information per regulatory standards
- Actively cross-sell bank services to enhance customer financial wellness
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail

- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations E, CC, Z)
