Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic math and financial software (e.g., Teller systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Previous banking experience highly desirable
