Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and offering personalized solutions
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
