Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with absolute accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse client base, resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Proactively promote bank products and services to drive branch growth and customer retention.
- Maintain strict compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and lobby management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash handling experience is a significant plus.
- Proven experience in customer service and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and banking software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
