Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash handling procedures, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with account inquiries and transactions.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and loans to enhance customer value.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols to safeguard assets.
- Assist in branch operations, lobby management, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check as per banking regulations.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
