Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller line and lobby.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Handle daily cash drawers and balance cash at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
