Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash transfers.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Ensure the branch lobby is organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Assist with opening new accounts and closing existing ones following strict compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in Customer Service is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as per banking regulations.
