Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check deposits, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Assist with cross-selling of bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports.
- Securely handle sensitive financial information and comply with all banking regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not always required (training provided).
- Strong math skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
