Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with a focus on speed and error-free accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as debit cards, credit cards, and savings accounts, to meet individual financial goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlement reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist with account maintenance, such as opening new accounts and handling inquiries regarding account balances or transactions.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations to protect customer and bank assets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using computerized banking systems and POS terminals.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
