- Deliver personalized financial solutions and cross-sell bank products
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional composure
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
