Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage time and attendance data integration from HR systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments
- Generate payroll reports for finance and executive leadership
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- Strong understanding of FLSA, DOL, and Texas payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPP certification or willingness to pursue within 6 months
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
