Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses
- Leverage provided CRM tools to manage client portfolios and track performance metrics
- Conduct market analysis using our proprietary research platforms to identify investment opportunities
- Present complex financial strategies through our digital presentation tools
- Build and maintain client relationships through our integrated communication systems
- Collaborate with our in-house compliance team using provided regulatory software
- Meet revenue targets while adhering to FINRA and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial services or client-facing sales experience
- Proficiency in financial planning software (tools provided)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- New Jersey residency or willingness to relocate to Jersey City
