Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs and revenue goals
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Contribute to branch sales objectives through proactive customer engagement
- Utilize banking software to record transactions and update customer accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
