Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll process for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll tax filings, including federal, state, and local remittances.
- Administer employee benefits deductions and garnishments.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance with FLSA and internal policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update personnel records and process new hires.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in major payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
