- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer assistance for account inquiries, loan applications, and digital banking support
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
