Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Balance cash drawers and maintain financial records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and night depository services
- Train new tellers on bank procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
