Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Participate in branch operations including vault duties and ATM maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while handling multiple priorities
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
