Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, check, and deposit handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and daily settlement reports.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products to enhance customer value.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance procedures, and internal policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby and teller line.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant financial certifications is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in the financial sector is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
