Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide superior customer service and resolve account inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with account openings, product sales, and navigating digital banking tools.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
