Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services while maintaining compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and anti-fraud regulations
- Support branch operations by assisting with new account openings and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer flow and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and digital transaction systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
