Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile terminal transactions at the end of each shift.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
