Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile vault and drawer totals at the end of each shift.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
- Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
